place on stage
during the Festival.

Original; Vintage;
You Go Girl!
(women only) and
Most Dapper Dude
(men only).

The 2nd Annual N.C. African American The
2nd Annual N.C. African American Cultural
Festival begins with a Parade at 10:00am.
Line up is on Spring Street by the Oxford
Recreation Center (Hix) at 9:15am.
Parade Route: Spring to Main; Main to
Hillsboro; Hillsboro to Linden; Linden to
Spring.
