Triangle Cultural Awareness Foundation (TriCA) is a project of Congressional District Programs, Inc – a registered 501(c) (3) public charity. Our mission is to conduct project activities that
restores, maintains and extends our heritage in Durham, in the state of North Carolina and in the United States. TriCA believes that festivals, parades and major public special events are an
important part of the social and economic makeup of communities. TriCA plans events that create an opportunity for all community associations, ethnic groups and the economic leaders to work
together for the benefit of their community. TriCA manages and coordinates all the details that produce memorable, successful and safe events that become annual traditions.
